We provide refunds in case the goods is unopened, damaged, not the one you ordered or does not function as it should. We do not offer refunds if you ordered a wrong power plug.
In the unlikely event of being dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once 120 days had passed from the shipment date, we are no longer able to determine the status of the delivery as most tracking numbers would have expired by then. As such, we cannot provide any refund or replacement for the order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Allow up to 14 days to process and refund your money. If you haven’t received a refund by then, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, with a wrong power plug or not the one you ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of a problem and a photographic proof enclosed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We are NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be charged at the customer’s expense and refunds cannot be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
